HI, I’M YASMIN
I’m a Breathwork instructor helping others discover healing and transformation through the innate power of the breath
My journey with breathwork began during a challenging time in my life, as I navigated anxiety and other chronic health conditions. It wasn’t until years later that I discovered breathwork which became a powerful way to reconnect with myself and create space for true healing. By shifting from a constant state of fight-or-flight to a place of rest and relaxation, I found that my body and mind could truly embrace calm and restoration. This practice helped me reclaim a sense of peace and empowerment.
At Jasmineae, I’ve created a beautiful healing space where you can explore breathwork in a safe and supportive environment. I provide a holistic approach to mental and physical wellbeing by using scientifically-backed techniques and a compassionate approach. I’m here to support you on your journey to optimal wellbeing.
